• 2 łyżki posiekanej natki pietruszki
• 2 łyżki posiekanego koperku
• 2 ząbki czosnku
• 2/3 szklanki maślanki light

Ogórka umyć, obrać i pokroić. Dodać posiekaną natkę pietruszki, koperek, czosnek oraz maślankę. Wszystkie składniki dokładnie zmiksować w blenderze.
